Future Shock is a Demo Font Only by BLKBK. American futurist Alvin Toffler wrote the book Future Shock in 1970. The novel is the first in a trilogy that also includes The Third Wave (1980) and Powershift (1990).

Although the letterforms on the cover appear more compressed and angular, the main font used on the book cover resembles a then-futuristic typeface called Amelia developed by Stanley Davis in 1965. Use Ray Larabie’s Permanence, which was made in 2012 based on the lettering used in the book title, to replicate the title.

It has been comprised with symbols, stylish glyphs, punctuations, and can support vast number of languages. This font style is available in OTF and TTF File versions that can be easily download on Mac and Pcs.
